In the next generation networks (NGNs), heterogeneous wireless access technologies will coexist forming integrated networks, which support multiple services with a high quality level. A wide range of access technologies makes it possible for users to select the best available access network to meet the requirements of each type of communication service whenever and wherever. This is usually called the Always Best Connected (ABC) challenge which is considered as one of the major concerns in heterogeneous wireless networks (HWNs) environment. This paper proposes a new network selection model which is based on the integration of Multiplicative Exponent Weighting (MEW) method in the framework of trading market non-cooperative game theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was utilized to estimate the weights of the parameters that affect the network selection process. The proposed solution enables the mobile user to negotiate with competing networks by providing the user preference to be considered for the network selection process. The proposed solution is analyzed and tested through simulations. The results show the efficiency of proposed method which is able to optimize the user\'s satisfaction.
Large size of images is considered as a problem that should be solved. Image compressions are playing important role in the development of multimedia, telecommunication and computer services. One method for compress the images is Fractal image compression (FIC). Good retrieved image quality and high compression ratio are some features of this algorithm. FIC is recognized as an NP-Hard problem, and it suffers from a high amount of MSE computation. This paper is presented a survey of existing fractal coding methods and approaches.
In the modern technology voting process is behind the time of usage. Paper based voting process is being held now-a-days. For time consuming, security and fraud elactoral this proposed method is developed. Several systems can also be developed for these reasons. For example one system in Electronic based voting is activated in India. This system is used to detect the electoral frauds and for time consuming. It is used for also the voters to tremendous for their ballots. Still there are some areas to identify and address. This can also be useful for voters to vote in a secure manner and for spent time for voting their votes. The monitoring process is based on the employing people. But this is not done in a specific manner. For this reason this project is developed with biometrics as authenticated mobile voting system. This project is developed using Android 3.0 with the mobile equipment.
The use of key is crucial in the block cipher crypt algorithms. Though the randomized keys are not uncommon in the block cipher cryptography, the proposed algorithm uses randomized keys to generate the order of positions in a binary input matrix instead of values to be manipulated in an input file. Different file types of varying size are taken up and the new cryptscheme is applied on them. Various cryptanalytic test were administered on those files viz., information entropy analysis, measurement of encryption quality, and chi-square test. Encryption time and throughput test indicate that the new algorithm outperformed RC6, AES and Blowfish algorithms. The proposed algorithm uses bit level encryption scheme which requires less computation but highly sensitive to small changes in keys. This nature helps to outperform all the select symmetric key algorithms which are in use with respect to cryptanalytic parameters.
This paper presents the design and simulation of high performance Brain Emotional Learning Based Intelligent Controller (BELBIC) for three phase induction motor V/f speed control. V/Hz control is simple and relatively easy to implement. It provides motor performance which is adequate for most applications. The new design of brain-emotional-learning-based intelligent controller for Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation inverter is proposed for induction motor V/f speed control. A comparative analysis with Conventional PID controller is also carried out. The simulation is carried out by Matlab /Simulink
The availability of information on the internet and its enrichment has kindled many researchers to perform their research work in the areas of information retrieval and web mining. Still, most of the existing web mining researches are focused only on retrieving similar patterns leaving dissimilar patterns which are likely to contain the outlying data. This paper concentrates on mining web content\noutliers which extracts the dissimilar web document taken from the group of documents of same domain. Moreover, previous algorithms for web content outliers mining is developed for structured documents, whereasWWWcontains mostly unstructured and semi structured documents. Therefore, there is need to develop a technique to mine outliers for unstructured and semi structured document types. Moreover, mining web content outliers indirectly helps in promoting business activities and improving the quality of the search results. In this paper, a novel mathematical approach based on correlation is developed for retrieving relevant web document through outlier detection technique from all types of web documents. In addition, this method also identifies the redundant web documents. Removal of these redundant documents as well as outlaid documents improves the quality of search results by providing user relevant information. Experimental results proved that this methodology gives better results in terms of accuracy, recall and specificity than the existing methodologies.
The presence of hypothermia, crush syndrome and trauma association led always assessment features, investigation. and additional serious traumatic complex.\nMaterials and methods\nThis paper deals with the main interference from the combination of hypothermia and crush syndrome for 7 patients with severe trauma assisted in ED Clinical Emergency County Hospital Craiova within 6 months (January-July) 2012\nResults\nThe analyzed patients were trapped, restrained / crushed under weight (under the influence of drugs / alcohol), burned, hypothermia is not a phenomenon exclusive winter all analyzed patients at developing a degree of hypothermia.\nEndotoxinic shock expressed clinically after more of 12 hours to raise compression and 5 hours after reheating, but paraclinical could be shown that the 4,13 hours and 89 minutes.\nIn 5 of 7 cases and the critical pressure - reached at 65 minutes after reheating.\nAcute renal disfunction, prolonged, developed to all patients.\nRebalancing hypovolemic shock (including inotropic support) for 6 out of 7 of the patients and its initiation in blood pressure and diuresis apparently normal diminished renal suffering level.\nMortality was much higher than expected from the corresponding trauma score.\nComplex of trauma imposed tailored solutions for induction and maintenance of general anesthesia.\nIn 3 of 7 patients recovering involved sequelae \nConclusions \n• Hypothermia must be considered a serious lifethreathening problem and not a protective factor\n• The management of combination hypothermia and crush syndrome involves tactics for investigations and assesment, specific and adapted means focussed on haemodynamic and coagulation status with impact on renal function\n• The vital, rehabilitation chance and functional recovery are compromised by hypothermia

Abstract\nBackground: Although a large body of evidence exists on the effect of long term exercise training program on pulmonary function, much less attention has been dedicated to investigating the acute effect of short term exercise program on improving the ventilatory function. Objective: The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of short term high intensity aerobic exercise on lung function in adults to start first step in establishing an evidence based exercise program designed for chest patients who can only be supervised in short term hospitalization phase. Methods: A pre-post test study design was carried out on thirty healthy men students with their mean age 21.7 ± 1.26 who were enrolled in this study. Every student performed a 20-minute high-intensity monitored stationary arm ergometer exercise and ventilatory function tests was performed in order to measure forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume at the end of the first second (FEV1), FEV1/FVC ratio and peak expiratory flow rate PEFR before and after the exercise. Results: The result showed significant increase in the mean value of FEV1, and a non-significant difference in the mean values of (FVC), FEV1/FVC and PEFR. Conclusion: A single high intensity arm ergometer exercise sitting has a significant effect on improving forced expiratory volume in the normal adult.
